I've had issues that could only be resolved by the customer support. Had to rely on them because I couldn’t understand the technical gibberish I found online. Anyways, they have helped solved majority of my problems and really patient while i blab for minutes on whatever’s wrong.

I've got this vpn one year ago and I'm still using it. Sometimes I have some troubles with it (connection closed, information encoded). But support helps me every time. Also I use the free version of Tunnel Bear. And I have not had any problems with tunnel bear vpn. SO I can recommend it
